Founded by Dr. Akio Ross, OTD, OTR/L, Dr. Ross Therapy & Rehab was created with the vision of making occupational therapy more accessible, convenient, and impactful for the families and communities we serve. We believe that every individual has the potential to achieve greater independence and improve their quality of life when provided with the right support, guidance, and therapeutic intervention.

At Dr. Ross Therapy & Rehab, we believe that therapy is most effective when it is personalized, meaningful, and focused on the activities that matter most in everyday life. Our mission is to help individuals develop the skills, confidence, and independence needed to thrive at home, at school, in the community, and throughout daily routines.

We provide mobile occupational therapy services throughout South Florida, bringing high-quality care directly to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. By working in a familiar environment, we are able to create individualized treatment plans that address real-life challenges and support lasting functional outcomes.

 

Our team works with children, adults, and older adults experiencing a variety of physical, developmental, neurological, sensory, and cognitive challenges. Whether a child needs support with fine motor development, sensory processing, self-care skills, or school readiness, or an adult requires assistance following an injury, illness, or neurological condition, we are committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual's unique goals.
